Notary commissioning office wrong reporting place

Call your state Bar Association. Tell them the name of the business or person advertising as a Notario Publico. Ask if they are member of the state or local Bar Association. Say Notario Publico translates to attorney - and you thought it was a law firm or attorney because that is what is being advertised.

Attorneys HATE non-attorneys taking away their business or opportunity to market their services. One reason you see independent paralegals advertise carefully and differently. Attorneys will go after "unauthorized practice of law," while a Secretary of State or state notary commissioning office won't bother because that's the attorneys baliwick.
