I would ask that you not email me and "just need to vent to you" any longer. Your idea of a good role model would not be my ideal. I would not be proud that my child would be learning to "root for behavior as such" and yet have a mother who would not discourage childlike bahavior is not something I would associate with.
You preach that "poor me" for your sister having the child "star" and she just doesn't understand or is insensitive to your situation, but I think your actions are why.
Good luck to you Ms. Rugg and for your childrens' sake I hope that their intelligence for what they go through will be able to give them an insight and guide them their life in a more positive way.
