Re: Funding Request Form

Sounds like a HELOC.

Recently one of the lenders has a form where toward the top, the borrower fills in the amount of cash they want overnighted or wired to them. The bottom of the form has the approved signers area which is a sample signature for authorized borrowers from the Heloc Agreement (not the mortgage or deed of trust) against fraud in the event the checks/credit card were stolen and someone tried to forge the borrowers signatures.

The borrowers named on the Agreement sign here. Sorry for the run-on sentence and plural possessives, but I am too full of turkey to make the corrections. Smiley

The sample signature page used to be on a form by itself, but for this particular lender (cannot remember which one) they are killing two birds with one stone.
