| on a owners affidavit that I recieved in a E Doc on a refi there is a spot for a witness to sign or a affiant, does the barrower sign here?If so where? Also on the settlement statement page 3 it has nothing filled in where it says taxe,hazard insurance,1st payment due ect...does this need to be filled in by the barrower?any help would be very helpful! |
