As most signing services are Nationwide, just sign up with as many as you can.
But, I have to tell you, Florida is saturated with signing agents. I have a signing service and right now there are over 80 signing agents listed for Tallahassee alone on one site. (and most companies go by the county not the city - and you can imagine how many will be listed for Leon county)
So, hope you are not going to be relying on signings as a main source of income.
