| Pattijay -- I did one for Residential Signatures back in February (I had to visit the client 3 times ($150 plus personal funds were used) and just received the final check yesterday (4/28). This is how I handled the situation. I went to NNA website and copied the demand letter and forwarded to them. In addition, I copied the Title Company and my attorney on the letter and faxed it to them. I hope this helps. |
