Re: GA is an attorney-only state for loan docs.
Posted by Carolyn Bodley of CO on 4/5/07 1:38pm Msg #183823
For the Georgia loans I've been involved with, the attorney has always spoken with me on the phone before the signing(s) and also reviewed the docs with BOs separately *before* I arrived for the signing. I have never had them involved with the signing while I was there. As with other signings, for Georgia property, I'm always been provided an attorney phone number should a problem arise.
