| The way it appears to me is that the state expects tc's and ss's to police themselves. The biggest joke is 2 of the nations biggest title companies feel that the rules do not apply to them. It's probably going to take something along the lines of a savvy borrower who knows the rules and tries to get out of their loan to sue the title company who handled their transaction, and the state for not enforcing the law. If someone should happen to win a suit like that maybe the state will wake up. |
