There's been much discussion of late on this forum about Titlestream; some of the comments were most harsh.
Thursday, I received a check from TS for $250.
Friday, I received another check for $250.
This morning, I received a check for $710. That was not even close to being the largest I have received from TS in the 3 1/2 years I have been doing business with them.
Please, all of you who have written off Titlestream because they don't pay within 30 days, or 45 days, or 60 days, stick to your guns. Don't waver. Be firm. Tell them you'll never work for them again. Promise that you're going to smear their name in all 50 states and most of the U.S. territories. Make sure that you never have to tolerate hearing from them again. I would especially appreciate that attitude if you're a Texas notary, and I REALLY would appreciate it if you service any of the counties I service.
Sic 'em.
