Cause you guys are right, the one I did for them 5 months ago in m town was a small package with no faxbacks. Straight forward refinance. Price paid made sense. This price didnt even with the house less than half mile away. And Dennis I cant believe you did it for the price you did. I talked to another 2 notaries and warned them so they could price according and they said they called them to jew them down after quoting their rate and their rate wasnt too high. |
