There's no excuse - what are they thinking?

My last request to backdate came from an SS that has a pretty good rep here. Signing was pushed from Friday to the following Monday; he apologized for asking, but the reason given was that the docs were already printed and they didn't want to re-draw.

So I should risk my commission and possible criminal charges just so they can save some time and paper? I don't think so - find another notary.

The sad part is that he probably did.
