Interesting you put this in here today. The accountant is also apparently the office manager. I just spoke with her on Friday and complained to the former manager about the accountant and how rude she is. I spoke with the former manager, Diana Cliver. I told her that the accountant has been extremely rude when I check on payment to see when the payment is coming. My last payment took 60 days to get here so I wanted to make sure all was on time this time. I told her that I was considering not doing business with them anymore because of the accountant's attitude toward inquiries on payment and she said I could contact her in the future to check on it instead of the accountant. I said that the accountant just was really rude and it was stressful for me to deal with. She would not respond to emails so I had to call her and put myself through that. Honestly, after reading this thread and seeing the others are also going through the same thing, I will probably have to see if they can pay me through title next time and, if not, I will consider not closing with them anymore. They pay me but only after having to go through a lot of stress. Diana was very helpful and I like her, but the accountant, Jeannie, is extremely difficult to deal with and I told Diana that on Friday. Thanks for bringing this up. I don't understand why they are like this, but it is very upsetting to deal with.
