cheap certification?

I'm new to this forum and after I read the topics and your feedbacks, I said this is the place I should be in.
Does anyone know, or did anyone take the course of certification for a NSA from notarystudy.com?
It looks very cheap ( comparing NSA certification from National Notary, NNA)
