I completly agree he was way over the control freak end of life. The wife said he does this with everything. I did call the lender and Title but it was Saturday and guess what no one in. It was on a 2nd home so no NRT in the package. So I couldn't tell him to read it on his own time. I would have in a heartbeat. I even took his docs away and so did his wife at one time but he just picked them up and started thumbing through them again. I told him I had needed to get then to Fed Ex and he told me it would be ok if they are sent on Monday. It is done. I am glad I haven't had this happen before. Some people have OCD and that is the only way they can get through life.
