Did my first Nations Direct today

Does anyone have any recent thoughts on Nations Direct?
I just want to know how my friends out there are dealing with them before I get too involved.
I did not read the rating/ comments till I got back in the office (the comments I found all of them were not good with a very bad rating!)
Anyhow, stay warm it is freezing here in FL today!
