| I am a resident manager and from what I have seen of the property managers, they make enough money to live in nice places and drive nice cars, but I know they have their headaches. It would also depend on the portfolios you have, HUD properties pay well to manage, but there are also alopt of slum lords out there who can cause alot of problems. |
