I can relate to that today. Got a call from a tc that I've done some work for. They wanted to
"discuss" their concerns/requirements about hiring "professionals" who provide only top-quality customer service.
Then I get the confirmation. They have my name in the borrower's spot, & I have to call the get the name. Next, the phone no. is wrong (typo). Talk about hypocritical. LOL
