What "specific" part of a business plan would you help Markita with? The specific part of her business plan surrounds marketing to TCs and lenders and that is a "no-no" according to your answer.
I'm not trying to be mean to you. I'm just trying to point out that although people say they are willing to help others on here, the only help it seems they're willing to give depends on whether or not they perceive how it will impact their own business.
My suggestion is if you want to market to TCs and lenders is to pull out the phone book and start making phone calls. Most likely the answer you'll hear most often is that they have someone in their office already. Ask if you can be back up to that person. Visit the offices who appear to be receptive and leave your business cards or flyers. I'm finding marketing to TCs and lenders requires more time and personal interaction than signing up with SSs and TCs online.
I think there are a number of people out there who don't want to market directly to their local TCs and lenders because of the rejection element in the mix. I can't say I blame anyone, I think it's easier to market yourself once you've been doing the business for awhile and develop confidence in yourself.
There... I informed Markita how to go about marketing to TCs and lenders and did not give her a list of names and numbers to call. All the names and numbers she needs are readily accessible in the phone book and online.
