These people just rock. After previous N/R reviews, I bought a refurbished HP 2440dn a bit ago, and thought it needed some tweaking. I sent an e-mail, and was called back 3 times over a couple of days - but I was too busy and knew I needed to be home for that call. I just got off the phone, talked to 2 of their techies - now know TONS more about printers that I didn't know and of course, the issues were all my own. Need a different kind of connection (ethernet, vs the usb I'm on now), and more memory wouldn't hurt.
Price, shipping, product, all exceeded my hopes - but the customer service is over the top, and they deserve my applause. |
