Closing Station/Solomon Algazi/Brooklyn, NY

I did a search and nothing. I did a difficult signing for him on 6/9/05 and have followed up twice for payment with no results. The difficulty laid with the broker who would not return the customers calls re questions until of course we were at the table. Then the HUD had to be revised and reprinted, I printed 2 copies of docs plus 50 additional ones. The customer was very needy; he examined every copy against what he signed. Took 2 hours to sign him. He then proceeded to sit in front of my house for another 15 minutes examining docs. I don't care if it funded or not, I did my part and want payment. Any feedback appreciated before I have my attorney send a demand letter.
