I use NA to track payables, mileage, number of notarizations and my expenses. I paid the $99, 3 years ago and love it! It is much more notary friendly than QuickBooks. I print out my paid invoices for the year, easy to compare 1099s to; print my mileage, and my expenses and easy to do my taxes.

I also keep a "payables folder" that any invoices not paid are put into, once any invoices get over 30 days old, I start calling. right now I don't have one single invoice that is more than 34 days old.
