States (specif Eastern states) which allow Notary Closings?

I've looked under "Search" but may not be putting in the correct words. Does anyone know? If I wanted to move out of Florida, I would like to know which states I would be able to work in.

 Attorney only states are Delaware, Georgia, South -  MW/VA on 11/4/16 3:07pm
