back-and-forth dance with garbage like this....get a copy of the security instrument that was recorded - make sure it's the one YOU notarized...
You may not be certified but you ARE a notary - I'd immediately draft a small claims complaint naming both BBS *and* and title company for the cost of all the notarizations plus the service/travel/time fee (which should equal your agreed fee for the signing) - and also request court costs... - send a copy to them AND to the title company involved in this signing - and maybe the lender - let them know if you're not paid within 10 days you'll be filing a small claims action
