Easy Peasy for both notary and borrower
Posted by Linda_TN of IN on 6/19/19 5:51am Msg #607627
We have used Quicken as a Lender for our last two homes, and my husband woudn't have it any other way. The majority of the paperwork we needed to submit or sign-off on was done digitally; but we also had ONE live body, contact person that we could call with questions (if not answered online) or issues. Only one issue with the house in Indy, and that was due to third party vendor (the inspector who we felt was going out of their scope of work) but was cleared up with one phone call to Quicken. The closings were also seamless, without a lot of drama that we were aware of either first person or with comments from the notary. Quicken has their proverbial ducks in a row and they make it work.
