I'd guess providing all info, responding to everything one way or another, maybe hiring party can rate you, (proximity doesn't seem to count)...could be they just pick someone by photo (or video...video! would a scheduler actually watch a bunch of videos to pick a notary???). They seem to be trying, but I think missed the mark in several ways. But... a platform is a platform and one more middleman.
