I got one today in MT. The English was so bad I didn't even respond. I would hope a Paralegal spoke better English.

But mine was from

Miami, FL 33161

Her email address was wtiffany666@gmail.com. Having worked for major law firms in my life I knew that couldn't be accurate as it was a personal gmail account. So I put it into the trash and didn't bother to respond.
