I would say about 99% of Trusts that I have done normally want just the signature. However, I do have one client that always wants trustee written after the name or they will kick it back for a re-due on the notaries dime. Normally their request is either verbal or written at the time of booking. One time they forgot to give me the instructions but I remembered their unusual trust format from the past and made the call to ask if they still wanted Trustee written after the name. Yes, they did and they were very grateful I remembered and had called them. I agree that most Trusts are signed with just the signature but there is always the exception in this business as I have learned over the years :-)
