the Notary test for free here as a Premium member. Lots of advantages if you consider the Resources, Discount on Supplies, and perhaps even better insurance rates.

I've been a premium member since 2003, and I do reap many perks here.

Some people find no value in being a member, but some of the people whom I respect here are premium members and make valuable contributions.
