I am staying home! I have turned down more closings this week than I ever have, but the reality is my safety and that of my family and community is much more important! What I'm astonished about is the fact the signers are agreeing to do these closings under the circumstances! Letting a stranger into their homes right now is just asking for trouble!
I started being much more cautious of whom I was taking assignments from since the beginning of this virus situation! Some companies are going to fold really quickly! Are they going to be in business next month just in time to pay you or not!? NSAs that are taking these closings right now are taking an even bigger risk than just the virus! Good luck to you! |
