The part about getting back with the borrowers and re-signing the document that was missed seems inconvenient, but a good catch. What might be an issue is if the missed document wasn't signed on the same day as the others.

As for your own signatures, is the underlying issue that the name on your stamp includes your full middle name but you usually don't sign your middle name, or just use your middle initial? It's good that you're trying to make your signature match your stamp. I hope the name on the stamp matches the paperwork you filed to get your commission.

On a few occasions I've had to strike out my signature and sign again because there was a crack or rough spot in the table, and it messed up my signature when the pen hit the bad spot. I never got any grief about it.
