Maybe I'm confusing lenders?
Just did one yesterday for LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC. The instruction sheet you're referring to is not in my package. There is a notary instruction sheet to be checked off and signed but it says NOTHING about restacking/rearranging. It's titled NOTARY ATTESTATION TO QUALITY and it's on lender letterhead.
Anyway, as Di said, build the extra work into your fee = extra service, extra fee.  |
