Most of my signings these days are hybrids. Now lately I've had PennyMac, SunTrust, UWM, Freedom Mortgage, and VA loans. I have two printers that print simultaneously. I try to manage my signings where I'm aligning my travel in the same general direction.
If i don't have documents in time for my departure, I have to give it back. Doesn't happen often.
I can do up to four signings in three hours, morning and afternoon. I don't stay out late, usually, although I did just get home and getting ready to drop. I only have four signings tomorrow, all morning. Monday will be killer though. My phone blew up today. Got it on ice! |
