. . . at the sheer mention of dropping it off at the door and going and waiting in my car . . . and COVID was the icing on the cake. The LO said he was just trying to get his loan closed. Maybe he can find another notary who won't mind breaking the law and being exposed to COVID-19 all in one closing . . . not me.
