Re: Patriot Act

For myself, I have a couple of name stamps...one is my name, another my name and Notary Public behind it, and another that just says notary public.
Since I have the stamp, I always use my name stamp under my signature. The signature line generally says"notary public" so I don't stamp that behind it.

When it asks for a name and title (Pat. Act), I use the stamp that has my name and title...of course, I always sign them as well as a given. It's been working well for years, and looks professional, and save a ton of time.
