| Been there, done that! I had a signing appointment for 4 couples with both 1st & 2nd mortgages. The kicker: all of the loans were signed by the wife of one of the couples by POA! The woman was a "Pure Angel" the entire 6 hours I fed the documents to her. BTW: Her husband called while he was on an Alaska business trip, just to check in and ask how everything was progressing "Fine Honey" I heard her say to her husband. So, I asked to speak with the husband to tell him what a fine job his wife was doing and to suggest to him, that he owed his wife an expensive steak dinner and a bottle of high test Bollinger Wine, someplace nice like "HAWAII!" He laughed and agreed 100% with my suggestion! GOOD TIMES! 😉 |
