I worked for them 3 times and then asked them to lose my info.
Pro's: Their docs are good for 5 days.
Con's: They are unorganized. They do not always respond to calls, or emails. Docs are usually late. None of the LO's or processors actually seem to schedule the closings with borrowers, they seem to make up a time. If you can get borrowers on the phone to confirm it is a miracle. Something was always wrong, names were wrong, missing spouse on docs, etc. The 4th closing they sent me I cancelled because they sent documents for a borrower and property in Missouri and no one at Village Capital would respond. Getting paid is not easy either. It took 6 months for them to send me my first check. They use Notary Cloud and if you follow the instructions to get paid, they later tell you those instructions were wrong and to do it this way. And not one borrower had been called or emailed a copy of the CD and had no idea they needed to write a check or get a Certfired check.
Basically they are a clusterf$%^!! |
