| I agree, and our worth is basically not an issue any longer as all these low ball offers all have a scan back to check our work to fix mistakes. So let them send out $75.00 notaries, in the end, it's checked and good to go and they saved $25+ a closing. The next step is the $5.00 per notarization for RON...our future doesn't look too good. |
