Doesn't that assume that the KBA information is publicly available somewhere that something like Watson could sniff out?? I'm not saying it's not possible, but I suspect the probability is much, much greater than 1 in a 1000.
Still, you make a good point. We're living in a wired world where the only option to avoid being tracked is to disconnect and go completely off-grid. And how many people can do that? |
