In my area, folks either love it or hate it. More sophisticated borrowers who are vested heavily in real estate want to "feel" and "see" the documents.

I think I'll be passing on RON. I likely will not be in CA once RON is approved here and will be in a state where RON is now being implemented. The best part of this business is the people we meet along the way. The absence of that f2f time eliminates that opportunity.

We'll see what happens in the future and what the fallout is. Meanwhile, NOTARIZE laid off 25% of its workforce this week.
