Yup... 2 this week very similar, one deed Utah and one on a trust document from Ohio... My concern is with the popularity and loose control on RON. Just how much fraud are we going to since we will be headed into a Foreclose market in the next couple of months... You can bet T/E will be looking for any escape... Notaries will be part
