I really don't know how anyone gets a job these days except almost by accident. My son spent HOURS online applying for jobs. Got few replies. Fewer interviews...and then the 'interviewer' wasn't available. Got his current job while filling tank at gas station at same time employer was doing same. 6 mos. to a year later, he gets several calls for an interview from old applications. Really?
