| Was just having this conversation with my husband today. I am literally being offered LESS money now for closings than I was when I started 18yrs ago!! It's crazy. Keep getting the old "have to cut costs," well when I am making basically min wage to handle a closing with time & costs calculated it is no longer viable for me. Glad the title co & lenders want to keep their bottom line the same while sacrificing our fees to make up for it. SMH |
