2 of my signings today were seller packages. Each less than 25 pages. Each paid $125.

1 signing was a loan modification that paid $250.

1 signing was a purchase that paid $200.

It's all in how/what you negotiate and who you're dealing with. The seller packages were for a SS. The others were with TCs.
