Who has come up with these reduced fees? The person who accepted instead of countering at a profitable fee.
It isn't really them...it's the one who accepts the fee that sets the norm. And encourages 'them' to see how low is 'too low'. Know I'm preaching to the choir, but...how many times in how many ways does this need to be said: JUST SAY NO TO LOW. |
