Hey Casey,

I don't believe training is that hard to provide to your NSA notary pool, as many companies provide these to its independent contractors, and then some.

Also, I do have a couple of questions for you if you don't mind answering.

1) Has SD finally allowed NSAs in your notary pool to RESPOND (in kind) to say rebuke or give their side of the story, to any negative reviews?

As I had understood it, this wasn't an option and only SD clients were allowed to view these reviews.

2) Has SD allowed NSAs to view their overall notary rating/percentage, the one that only SD clients are allowed to see?
