Janet listed very good advice above. Please follow those instructions. I managed to go a little further and found your listing in the CA SOS 'site. To report your lost notary commission, stamp and journal, the SOS will ask you for your commission number. That number is 2499453 and expires 9/10/2028 (public information). Hope this makes your recovery easier.
