They never seem to go away either. I've been getting more emails lately for Hire Notary, which has been scamming people for years. How do you stop these phony companies from coming back again and again? They show up annually and have a new batch of gullible newbies to prey on. They disappear for a while and then pop up again out of the blue.
There must be "something" that can be done about it. |
