Here is what I received from a client:
"I have a client who is paralyzed and has no ability to sign or even to make a “mark”. It is my understanding that CA allows for “Amanuensis” which is the signing or making of a mark at the verbal direction of a party on the party’s behalf by someone who has no conflict of interest in doing so".
I don't think this is possible in CA based on what I read in our Handbook....but I could be wrong. IMJS.
