| I work on a regular basis for a signing service in New York. They accepted many closings from Accudata and are now owed thousands of dollars. the owner of the signing service is now going to start ligitgation to get the money. Accudata from what I understand is in very bad shape. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ACCEPTS A SIGNING FROM THEM. I could almost guarentee that payment will NOT be made. I have spoken with many many notaries and anyone who has done closings for them in the last six months has not been paid. Accudata does alot of signings in New York and Connecticut - listen to me - do not accept the closing unless you are willing to perform your services for free. |
