I think your personal resume/history is a bit long on the 1st page. Too much information to read...
I'd suggest highlighting the major important parts, and if you wanted to add a Experience link, do that.
4th paragraph,
"So began my 10 years of employment with the Macomb County" .....what? MaComb county what? or should it just read "with Macomb County"
should proofreading be hypenated?
last sentence - "I was search for"...should be searching?
5th paragraph - Importanance? Important, or "the importance"
